The Donation Box for 6-7
We skipped a couple weeks before the donation box for 6-7. This was in part due to Memorial Day and one week of couponing stockpile disorganization and pure laziness. During that time, I did manage to get organized and put items in their proper place so I knew what we had. In the process I decided we had more drinks than necessary so into the donation box they went. Let me tell you… this may not be the largest donation box we’ve ever hauled to the co-op, but I’m pretty sure it was the heaviest. Instead of separating the delivery in several partially filled boxes, we somehow managed to fit the majority into two crate boxes. Yes, we went for less trips down the stairs to the car instead of easier to carry scenario. My poor Tommy was huffing and puffing by the time it was loaded. I’m pretty sure it would have been less work to make 10 trips to the car than two.
I’m a little behind on posting this so I have a good start on next weeks box after some great shopping this week. I’ve also managed to keep most of it organized and put away as it comes in the house. I’m sure it will pile up again, but for now it looks like I’m on back on track for the weekly donations. The donation box for 6-7 whipped me right back into shape!
