Ham And Bean Soup Recipe

When you make the beans for this ham and bean soup recipe, there is always a variation in the amount of water you use. They will need to be watched so you can add more water if you need to. Be sure not to allow them to go dry. You want enough water to cover the beans and make the thick soup, but not so much that they come out too watery. If you ever add a little too much water just let them cook a little longer uncovered so some of it evaporates.
