When I froth milk in a jar, I usually use plain milk, but since we are always getting good creamer coupons and deals I decided to try it with that too. It worked out well. I used a one-pint canning jar, but any jar of a comparable size will work.
- Pour desired amount of milk or creamer into a small jar, filling no more than half full.
- Now shake, shake, shake your booty along with the jar of milk until it is nice and foamy.
- Remove the lid from the jar and microwave on full power for about 30 seconds.
- If desired add sugar or sweetener to the cup first, then the warm milk foam.
- Add your coffee.
I used this method and then ran a cup of coffee into the cup with a Keurig machine, but it works fine if you add from your coffee pot.
