For this Charmin Flushable Wipes Lawsuit Settlement, products that may be included on a valid Claim Form: Charmin moist wipe Products that were labeled flushable and sold in the United States. Eligible class members will receive $0.60 for each purchase on up to seven items ($4.20 max per household) If you do have proof of purchases/receipts, you are eligible for up to $30. Only one claim can be submitted per household though, so be sure to submit accurately. You can submit a printed claim form in the Charmin Flushable Wipes Lawsuit Settlement by snail mail or by electronic submission
